A flexible, secure and future-proof facility to connect your Shire Genetics database to 3rd party hospital information systems, external laboratories and instrumentation
Accurate and up to date patient demographics can be retrieved from the hospital system through use of mWare’s HL7 integration engine. This connection can be established across many sites and remote departments, allowing integration with the patient’s electronic medical record; even with your workstation on another site in the hospital network.
Test results and billing information can be sent directly to the patient’s electronic medical record, allowing physicians rapid access to result and report data immediately.
Billing claims communicated to the Finance system are made HIPAA compliant through use of mWare and HL7.
