MICROFLUIDIC PRESSURE SENSOR
The pressure sensor can be used with our pressure controller systems (OB1 MK3+, AF1) or with our Sensor Reader MSR for monitoring pressure at any point of your microfluidic setup. Elveflow’s Microfluidic Pressure Sensors work as Gauge sensors, measuring positive and negative pressure relative to atmospheric pressure.
Applications:
- 5 ranges from 1 psi (70 mBar) to 100 psi (7 bar)
- Accuracy down to 0.2 % Full Scale
- Compatible with gas and liquids*
- No dead volume
- Ultra-small internal volume of 7.5 µL in small package version
- Non-invasive measurements
- Up to 1 ms Settling time (when using the Sensor Reader & SDK)
- Fully compatible with other instruments from the Elveflow range
