Sequencing
In genetics and organic chemistry, sequencing intends to determine the essential structure of an unbranched biopolymer(DNA, RNA, protein) bringing about a symbolic linear depiction of the monomeric subunits which sums up a significant part of the atomic-level structure of the particle. The sequencing encodes the fundamental data for living things to endure and imitate. Determining the sequence is in this manner helps in fundamental research into why and how life forms live, just as in applied subjects.
Next-generation sequencing techniques have generally replaced first-generation technologies. These newer procedures facilitate many DNA particles to be sequenced at one time and are more cost-efficient and much faster than first-generation technologies. The advantage of next-generation technologies was changed significantly by progress in bioinformatics that enabled enhanced data storage and facilitated the report and use of very large data sets, often in the gigabase scale.
