Real Time PCR

Real-time PCR has transformed the way clinical microbiology laboratories detect many human microbial infections. Real-time PCR is the method of getting information all through the PCR process as it happens, hence combining amplification and detection into a one-stop solution. This is accomplished utilizing a wide range of fluorescent chemistries that correlate PCR product fixation to fluorescence power. The appearance of real-time PCR and real-time reverse transcription PCR (real-time RT-PCR) has significantly changed the field of measuring gene articulation.

Real-time PCR can be utilized for both qualitative and quantitative observing; choosing the best technique for your application requires wide information on this innovation.

DSS has been representing the Abbott Molecular, NeoDx, EntroGen combines the advanced Real-time PCR with ready-to-use reagents, a validated, optimized protocol, and features – an intelligent, automated reagent handling system.

Entrogen REAL-TIME PCR KITS FOR MELANOMA

Entrogen's kits are polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based assays that use allele-specific primers in a multiplex reaction to identify the presence of BRAF, NRAS, and c-Kit mutations. The assays work by amplifying mutant-specific sequences in samples that contain a mixture of mutant and wild-type DNA and rely on fluorescent probes for detection. Each reaction contains primer sets and probes for detection of the mutations, as well as an endogenous control gene.
