Accessories
Accessories”” generally refers to various types of medical devices or equipment that are used in conjunction with other medical devices or equipment to support, enhance, or facilitate their use. These accessories may include items such as connectors, adaptors, extension tubing, filters, and other similar items.
For example, in the context of respiratory therapy, accessories may include oxygen tubing, nebulizer cups, and filters that attach to a nebulizer or a ventilator. In the context of an intravenous infusion, accessories may include extension tubing, IV catheter stabilizers, and IV tubing connectors.
